Facinas is only 15min from Tarifa and 10min from the beaches of Bolonia and Punta Paloma by car. There are a few buses between Tarifa and Facinas (very few) and some Cadiz/Tarifa and Seville/Tarifa buses stop below the village. Suffice to say that the car is almost necessary if you stay in Facinas.
By plane
The 2 main airports are those of Malaga and Seville. There are also 2 closer, but also smaller, airports in Jerez de la Frontera and Gibraltar.
By car
Facinas is about 2h from Malaga, 2h from Seville, 1h20 from Jerez de la Frontera, 1h from Cadiz
From the various airports it is easy to rent a car. For car rental, if you go through a price comparator, I advise you not to take out full coverage insurance via the comparator but directly from the car rental company. Either by reserving your car on the rental company's site (and not that of the comparator) or when you pick up the car at the airport (the insurances of price comparators are often not recognized by the rental company!).

From Malaga/Algeciras/Tarifa. There are also buses from Seville, Cadiz, Jerez…
